Shelburne, Ontario
For this indoor arena project, we started by using our Harley rake to break up the hard-packed footing that had become compacted over time. This process helped loosen the surface material, improve consistency throughout the arena, and eliminate uneven areas that can affect horse and rider performance.
Once the footing was properly conditioned, we carefully leveled the entire arena to create a smooth and uniform riding surface. The final step involved dragging and setting the footing to achieve the desired depth, texture, and balance. The result was a well-prepared arena with improved traction, better cushion, and a more consistent surface for both training and competition.
Clinton, Ontario
In addition to improving the footing, we implemented effective dust control measures throughout the arena. This resulted in a significant improvement in overall riding conditions by reducing airborne dust, enhancing visibility, and creating a more comfortable environment for both horses and riders.
JC Property Services was proud to sponsor the Ontario Reining Horse Association by preparing the footing for the first show of the season in Clinton, Ontario. The arena ground always brings its share of challenges, but our team worked hard to create safe, consistent stopping ground for competitors and their horses.
